What ages can join the Texas Titans Track Club?

We welcome athletes ages 6 through 19, from beginners to advanced competitors.

Athletes should have proper event running shoes and spikes. If you are unaware of what foot wear is needed, the coaching staff will provide guidance. You will also need comfortable athletic clothing, and water.

We provide coaching in sprints, middle and long distance running, hurdles, vertical and horizontal jumps, and multi-events..

While we offer a rigorous training program, there is no experience necessary! We offer training programs tailored to all skill levels, from first-timers to elite athletes.

Practice schedules vary by age and skill level but typically range from 2-4 sessions per week, including technical drills, conditioning, mechanical and race specific on and off the track training.

What is the team fee?

There is a seasonal registration fee (offseason/indoor, outdoor, private) that covers coaching, facility and uniform. Financial assistance and multi athletes (3+) options may be available. Please contact to learn more.

What benefits do athletes get from joining?

Benefits range from elite coaching to proper mental & physical preparation to goal planning to college prep seminars and much more. Beyond athletic skill development, athletes build discipline confidence, teamwork and life skills that extend well beyond the track.
